The 14-day right of withdrawal
For most things bought online in the EU you have 14 days to change your mind. Digital content delivered immediately is the exception: the right lapses once delivery starts, but only if you agreed to that beforehand. That is what the tick box at checkout is for, and it is why the pay button stays disabled until you tick it. If you would rather keep the 14 days, do not tick it and do not buy — email us and we will arrange it another way.
Credits are different
Buying credits is not delivery of a file, so the 14 days apply in full. Within 14 days of buying a pack you may withdraw and get your money back for every credit you have not spent. Credits you have already turned into a download are gone, the same as any other delivered file. After 14 days credits stay valid indefinitely, and if you ask us to close your account we refund whatever is left in it whenever that happens. The same goes the other way around: if we stop selling files, you get back every credit you have not spent.
If the file is not right
You are entitled by law to a file that does what was agreed. If it is broken, does not open, does not match the box you configured, or is geometrically wrong, that is a fault on our side and you can ask for it to be put right or for your money back. This is the statutory guarantee of conformity under Dutch law, it applies whatever else is written here, and nothing on this site limits it.
Email us with your order number and what is wrong. You do not need a reason beyond that, and the 14 days above have nothing to do with it — a faulty file is faulty whenever you find it.
What we cannot refund
A file that is correct but turned out not to be the box you wanted, and any cost incurred downstream from using a file without making a physical sample first.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with your order number, which is in the address bar on the order page and on your invoice. Refunds go back to the same payment method, within 14 days of us agreeing to one and usually within a few working days.
Standard withdrawal form
You do not have to use this. An email saying you want to withdraw is enough, and so is any other clear statement. It is here because European consumer law says a trader has to provide it, and because a form is easier than working out what to write.
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
